Payment Options
- All prices are in Australian dollar (AUD) and include GST for Australian orders
- We accept secure payments via PayPal (PayPal Account, Visa or MasterCard)
International Customers - Please note PayPal or your credit card company will convert the currency at the time of
purchase
Return Policy
NO RETURNS CAN BE MADE IN ANY OF THE LAVRO STORES
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer size/style exchange (subject to size availability/
new style price difference) OR store credit to the same value to be used within 6 month from approval date
- Due to limited sizing and the nature of our store, we have a strict No Refunds Policy
Exchange Procedure
- Please note: we check and photograph each dress before being sent out
- If exchanging for a different size or style, please contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your item outlining
your concerns and the new exchange item information.
(If you do not contact us before returning items, we will not offer exchange or store credit).
- Return the item (with a copy of your invoice) to the address provided on your invoice within 3 days of our reply via
registered post with tracking as we are not responsible if the returned items are lost in transit.
- Important - Please include a self-addressed Prepaid Post satchel with your return for us to re-send the item.
We DO NOT cover exchange return postal fees
Postage fees are non refundable. Buyer pays all the postage costs for return or exchange purposes
- Returned items must be in new condition with attached tags and no signs of wear, tear, wash, pet hair, odors or
alterations, otherwise no exchange/store credit will be offered and returned items will be automatically returned to the
customer. Lavro Couture staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition
- Exchange is not limited to size, different colour or style can also be selected but is subject to stock availability and
style price difference
Store Credit Procedure
- If store credit is organized, it will be recorded under your ID to the value of your purchase (It does not include your
postage fees) and a confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you with approval
- “store credit” for your new purchases expires 6 month from the approval date
- To use your store credit: Please e-mail us so we can apply your store credit to “Lavro Couture online store” and/or
invoice you for any difference between the new cost and “store credit” amount. Store Credit can only be used online
and not in-store.
- All store credit items are delivered free of charge by express post Australia-wide
- Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order, it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund
