Store Policy

Payment Options:

- All prices are in Australian dollar and include 10% GST
- We accept payment via PayPal  (PayPal Account, eCheque, Visa or MasterCard) International Customers –
Please note PayPal or your credit card company will convert the currency at the time of purchase.
- We accept payment via domestic or international bank transfer. Please contact us for more information

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and take great care to insure all items are described and
photographed as accurately as possible. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer
an exchange (depending on availability) or store credit to the same value (excluding shipping costs) to be used within
6 month from approval date.

Due to the nature of our product, we have a strict No Refunds Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  NO RETURNS CAN BE MADE IN THE LAVRO STORES, ALL DRESSES ARE SENT OUT
FROM OUR MELBOURNE WAREHOUSE AND THEREFORE ALL RETURNS HAVE TO BE DEALT THRUGH
COMMUNICATION ONLINE

Exchange Procedure:

- Please note: we check and photograph each dress before being sent out
- Claim must be made by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your item outlining your concerns and the reason for the
return, we will then get back to you to see what options are available.
- If you do not contact us before returning items, we will not offer exchange or store credit.
- Return the item to the address provided on your invoice within 3 days of our reply via registered post with tracking as
we are not responsible if the returned items are lost in transit.
- If exchanging, please include a self-addressed Prepaid Post satchel with your return for us to re-send the item.
- Returned items must be in new condition with attached tags and no signs of wear, tear, wash, pet hair, odors or
alterations, otherwise no exchange/store credit will be offered
- Exchange is limited to size only, not different colour or style and also depends on stock availability, otherwise you
can exchange to anything you like by paying the price
difference.
- Postage fees are non refundable as well as any extra insurance costs. Buyer will pay all the postage costs for return
or exchange purposes.

Store Credit Procedure:

- If store credit is organized, it will be recorded under your ID to the value of your purchase (It does not include postage
fees).
- If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fees will be deducted from your store credit.
- “store credit” for your new purchases expires 6 month from the approval date.
- To use your store credit: Please e-mail us so we can apply your store credit and invoice you for any difference
between the new cost and “store credit” amount.
- Store credit items are delivered free of charge Australia-wide excluding sale items.
(All sale items are a flat $15 delivery fee)
- Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order, it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund.
- Orders processed with store credit cannot be exchanged after the order has been shipped.

Privacy Policy

The information you share with us is kept confidential. It will not be sold to or shared with any other company or
agency, unless required by a law-enforcement agency (for example in the case of fraud)


Cancellation Policy:

Once order is placed and payment is made, we are unable to stop the process and DO NOT offer a refund, however,
we can offer store credit for the same value to be used within 6 months period.
If you change your mind and need to cancel your order, please contact us to organize store credit.
If order has been shipped out, the return and exchange policy will apply
