Postage & Delivery:
- All items are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is cleared
(except weekends and public holidays)
- We DO NOT offer a pick-up service from any of our stores
- Our standard delivery method is via Australia Express Post We offer free delivery within Australia, excluding sale
items (All sale items are a flat $15 delivery fee)
- Delivery time is usually between 1-3 days for metropolitan areas. Please note, it can take up to 3-4 days if you are
in a rural area or located outside the Australian express post network. We are NOT responsible for delayed
deliveries
- Each parcel we send out has its own tracking number and can be provided to you upon request
- Australia Express Post parcels are insured up to $100 for any loss or damage.
Please advise us if you want to insure your parcel for a higher amount as we DO NOT take any responsibility for the
loss or damage of goods once item is scanned as received by Australia Post. The responsibility then lies with
Australia Post as they have accepted the parcel into their system and are now responsible for its delivery to you
International Orders:
- If you are located outside Australia - Please e-mail us for shipping fees to your area/country before purchasing gown
- International orders are shipped via Australian International Registered Post.
International shipping cost to most countries is between $25 - $55
- International order delivery time is between 3 – 15 days
- Please note, we DO NOT take responsibility for any duties, tariffs, customs fees or additional charges levied by
your country of entry. All packages will have actual value declared.
