TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

      PRICES:

      Our Online prices are not affiliated with the retail prices of any of our independent stockists.
      We use a secure payment platform to accept all major credit cards & debit cards (Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/PayPal/Bank Transfers)
      All products are listed in $AD and include GST.  Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
      Prices are subject to change without notice.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

      Due to the nature of our products, almost every Special Occasion store (including ours) has a NO refund/return/exchange/cancellation
      policy. This is our policy both in our retail store and our online store. We cannot make any changes to your order so please choose  
      carefully. ALL DRESS SALES ARE FINAL!!!
      Our return policy is tightly controlled in order to maintain the quality and integrity of our garments. When a customer receives their  
      dress, we request that they immediately try the dress and make all inspections as soon as possible.
      Please note : We stand behind the quality of our garments and all products are thoroughly inspected and images are taken of the  
      garment for our records before they are shipped out to our customers.
      The return policy ONLY applies under the following conditions:
      1.It is rare, but if a manufacturers defect makes it past our inspection processes, it can be returned for a replacement ONLY.
      OR
      2.Incorrect item received- If you received the wrong style, colour or size to what you ordered, it can be returned for correct replacement    
      ONLY.
      You may submit your item for re-inspection by notifying us via e-mail within 24 hours of signing off on your item as received. The   
      garment needs to be shipped back to us within 3 days of you contacting us. The garment will not be accepted if you do not notify us  
      prior the return or if it’s not returned within the time frame provided. All shipping costs in the return of the dress, including insurance,  
      international customs taxes and duties etc will be the responsibility of the customer. The garment must be returned in the same
      condition that it was when received. (All tags attached, unworn, no marks or smells such as perfumes or cigarette smoke etc). We do
      not accept any returns that have been damaged through transit.
      We will then re-inspect the item and compare to our recorded images of the garment. If we determine that we are at fault, we will re-
      place your garment and ship it back to you at our cost. (For international customers this does not include duties, tariffs, custom fees or
      additional charges levied by your country of entry). Please allow one week from the time we receive your return for an outcome. If your
      returned garment does not pass our re-inspection, we will return the item to you at your own expense.
      If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified via e-mail with the details and a full re-fund will be made. All products are   
      subject to availability.

      CANCELLATIONS:  
      Once order is placed, we are unable to stop the process to cancel or refund your order. ALL DRESS SALES ARE FINAL!!!

      DELIVERY TIME:  
      All delivery times given on our site are to be used as a guide only, delays may occur due to conditions out of our control.    

      STANDARD SIZING:
      To work out your size, please refer to our size chart on our site. It is likely that alterations will still need to be done when you receive the  
      dress as it may not fit you exactly.
      Please note: If you have selected a standard size and it does not fit you, your dress is non-refundable or exchangeable as it’s your
      responsibility to ensure that you have measured &picked the correct size. All dresses are not made to measure.

      PRODUCT & GOWN CARE:

      We attempt to display all our products and colours as accurately as possible, however, please be aware that there are a number of  
      factors such as lighting, your individual computer monitor settings, or your printer that will determine true representation of the colours.
      It is likely that your dress will have some wrinkles when you receive it, due to packing and shipping. Most local dry cleaner/alterations
      offer a pressing/steaming service or try hanging the dress out as most fabrics will cause wrinkles to fall out naturally.
      Most of our garments are intricately hand embellished and beaded. Such garments should be treated with great care at all times.  
      Loose beads and sequins are inevitable even on new items and should be secured immediately to prevent further bead loss. Spare  
      beads are included with most gowns.
      Special care should be taken to follow recommendations for cleaning to prevent deterioration of the beauty of embellished garments-
      most garments are spot clean only. You should consult a reputable dry cleaner for advice. We do not take responsibility in the event of  
      a faulty garment when special care instructions were not followed.
      Use of garment cover will extend the life of your garment.

      PRIVACY, CONSENT & COPYRIGHT:

      All images on this site are protected by copyright laws and use without authorization will incur legal obligations.
      Your information is never given out to any other 3rd party except to delivery services.
      We may modify the Terms & Conditions at our own discretion.
