Orders are shipped once payment is cleared and validated (1-3 days). Contact us if you need to discuss multiple item deliveries. Australia: We use Australia Registered Express Post to deliver anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $15.00 per dress. As this is registered post, it includes insurance and therefore a signature will be required upon arrival. Please note that deliveries will only be made to a physical delivery address you provide during checkout. Estimated delivery time 1-3 days, depending on location. Shipping will be automatically calculated for you at check out. International: We use Australia Express International Courier to deliver anywhere worldwide for a flat fee of AUD $55.00 per dress. This is a door to door courier service and a signature will be required upon arrival. Please note that deliveries will only be made to a physical delivery address you provide during checkout. Estimated delivery time 2-10 days, depending on location. Shipping will be automatically calculated for you at check out. Please note, Lavro Haute Couture is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs fees or additional charges levied by your country of entry. All packages will have actual value declared. Lost Goods: All garments are carefully packaged/ bubble wrapped and placed in satchels which are individually coded and tracked. We DO NOT provide a tracking service, track numbers are for our records only. We do not take any responsibility for the loss of goods once item is scanned as received by Australia Post. The responsibility then lies with Australia Post as they have accepted the parcel into their centre and are now responsible for its delivery to you. |
