Returns Policy

We understand that buying online is a little more difficult in selecting the perfect size or style, which is why we gladly offer an exchange or store credit

SIMPLE EXCHANGE 1,2,3…

1  Contact us at admin@lavro.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with the following information (your name, your address, your email address, your contact number, exchange item from details / exchange item to details) and we will get back to you shortly

Return the item(s) with a copy of your invoice, to the address provided below.

* Please include a self-addressed Prepaid Postal satchel with your return for us to re-send your exchange as we do not cover exchange return postal fees

!!!IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Returned items must be in their original condition with attached tags and no signs of wear, tear, wash, pet hair, odors or alterations, otherwise no exchange/store credit will be offered and items will be automatically returned to the customer

Exchange is not limited to style/size/colour and can be exchanged for any store item, subject to stock availability and price difference of items

Buyer pays all the postage costs for return or exchange purposes /postage fees are non refundable

Store Credit

CANT FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE? No need to worry,we offer online store credit for 6 months...
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to organize store credit
 

As soon as we receive your return, store credit will be issued under your ID to the value of your purchase. (It does not include your return postage fees). Confirmation e-mail will be sent with your online “store credit” expiry date

To use your store credit, e-mail us at admin@lavro.com.au so we can apply your store credit to an item or invoice you for any price difference between the new item and “store credit” amount

All store credit items are delivered FREE of charge by regular Australia Post

Any remaining credit balance can only be applied to another order, it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund
