We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and take great care to insure all dresses are described and photographed as accurately as possible.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer size/style exchange (subject to stock availability/price difference) OR store credit to the same value (excluding delivery fees).

Due to limited sizing and the nature of our store we have a strict No Refunds policy. Australian Consumer Law is adhered to by fixing or replacing faulty items before a refund is offered.

We are unable to offer any returns, store credit or exchange on SALE or CLEARANCE SALE items.

 

Cancellation

Once your order is placed and payment is made, we are unable to stop the process or offer a refund, however, we can still offer an exchange or store credit

1 Contact us admin@lavro.com.au within 3 days of receiving your item with the following information (your name, your address, your email address, your contact number & exchange item details) and we will get back to you shortly

2 Return the item with a copy of your invoice to: Lavro Couture Returns 139 Bridge Rd Richmond 3121 Melbourne VIC Australia

*** Please include a self-addressed Australia Post Prepaid Postal satchel with your return for us to re-send your exchange as we do not cover exchange return delivery fees & keep your return tracking number as proof of your return***

3 Your exchange will be sent out once we receive your return

 

!!!IMPORTANT INFORMATION

*Returned items must be in their original condition with attached tags and no signs of wear, tear, wash, pet hair, odors or alterations, otherwise no exchange/store credit will be offered and items will be automatically returned to the customer

*Buyer pays all delivery fees for return or exchange purposes /postage fees are non-refundable

 

Store Credit

CANT FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE???

We offer store credit which can be used at a later date either online or at our retail boutique store
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to organize store credit

As soon as we receive your return, store credit will be issued under your ID to the value of your purchase (excluding delivery fees). You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

To use your store credit online, e-mail us at admin@lavro.com.au so we can apply your store credit to an item or invoice you for any price difference between the new item and “store credit” amount

Any remaining credit balance can only be applied to another order, it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund
